Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of all products and services operated by PF DATASTACK LLC ("we", "us", "the Company"), a New Jersey limited liability company. By using any of our products you agree to these terms.
Our current products include RipStack (Google Play), SlateCinema (App Store), StreamSetup Pro (streamsetuppro.pfdatastack.com), Shokunin (shokunin.pfdatastack.com), and Ashley's Carnival Rush (ashleyscarnivalrush.pfdatastack.com). Additional products may be added over time and will be subject to these same terms unless a separate agreement is provided.
1. Accounts
- You must provide a valid, non-disposable email address to create an account.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits is prohibited and will result in account termination.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
2. Free tier
- Free accounts receive a limited number of actions per month (e.g. AI scans for RipStack). Limits are displayed within each product.
- Free tier limits may change at any time. We will not reduce limits retroactively for active users without notice.
- Abuse of the free tier (disposable emails, VPN cycling, bot automation, multiple accounts) is grounds for immediate account termination.
3. Pro subscriptions
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the billing period.
- You can cancel at any time. Pro features remain active until the end of your current paid period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected].
- We reserve the right to change pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on their account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate our AI endpoints beyond normal usage.
- Share, resell, or redistribute data obtained through our services for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Interfere with the operation of our services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Intellectual property
- All PF DataStack software, designs, and content are the property of PF DATASTACK LLC.
- Your data is yours. We do not claim ownership of your collection data, scan results, or uploaded images.
- Pokemon, Pokemon TCG, and related marks are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokemon Company. RipStack is an unofficial fan-made tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokemon Company.
6. Data & privacy
- This studio-level Privacy Policy covers pfdatastack.com itself (this site's contact form and client billing). Each product has its own dedicated privacy policy governing its actual data handling — for example, RipStack's is at rips.pfdatastack.com/privacy — linked from that product's own page.
- Card photos sent for AI identification are processed and immediately discarded. We do not store your images.
- You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.
7. Third-party services
Our products rely on third-party services including:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI-powered identification and analysis
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare — CDN and security
- TMDB — film and TV metadata (SlateCinema)
- Stremio and Real-Debrid — streaming app and debrid account integration (StreamSetup Pro)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data handling by these third-party services. Each operates under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- AI-powered identification is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Card values, course recommendations, content matches, and other generated data are informational only and should not be the sole basis for financial or other decisions.
- We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate scan results or pricing data.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PF DATASTACK LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. For material changes, we will notify active users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
